The English-language chat for the US region (which must be selected in the site settings) is available 24/7, with operators ready to assist with any issues at any time. On the other hand, the Russian-language support chat operates on a specific schedule, which might not be as convenient for some users.

You can also contact support via email through the online store's website or mobile app. Navigate to the "Support Service" tab (click on the direct link), scroll down to the "24-hour help by email" section, click the button, and fill out the feedback form. You will receive a response within 24 hours at your provided email address.
